Meet Bailey, a second-year MTA apprentice training to become a Mobile Plant Technician at RMB Service Group in Wakefield. He’s passionate about cars, especially his Subaru Forester GT.
Bailey’s love for cars began early, inspired by his dad and three older brothers, all diesel mechanics who completed their training at the MTA. Following their example, he’s been working on cars since he was 11 years old and is looking forward to becoming a qualified technician.
Bailey appreciates the variety in his apprenticeship, from gearboxes to trailers. “I love the hands-on work and the chance to work on different vehicles every day. No two days are the same,” he said.
