In relation to the incident this morning in the underground carpark of the building occupied by the MTA and other tenants, there is currently an investigation by Police after shots were fired.

The Motor Trade Association SA/NT (MTA SA/NT) Chief Executive Officer, Darrell Jacobs said all staff and tenants are safe, and Police are keeping us informed.

SAPOL information is that at 8am shots were fired at 2 people in the carpark, but thankfully no one was injured, then the unknown persons sped off in a dark-coloured sedan.

Eastern District CIB and Crime Scene Investigators are attending the scene.
