As an Automotive Industry Career Mentor and former apprentice, I often hear from apprentices who are juggling the demands of learning their trade with work and personal commitments. The journey can be challenging at times, but it’s important to remember that stress is normal – and manageable.

Here are a few practical strategies that can help:
